I cannot begin to express how wonderful Jennifer was. She was referred to us after we were discouraged by our previous lender/experience. During our first conversation, we knew we had chosen the right mortgage broker. She explained the process thoroughly and reassured us she would be with us during every step- she did not disappoint. After submitting our initial documents, Jennifer assured us she could get us approved for our mortgage loan as well as made sure to inform us of all assistance we qualified for. Any questions we had, she responded promptly and provided clarity and transparency. This was our first home, so we were unsure what to expect after hearing a lot of horror stories. I’m not sure where to start but Jennifer and her team is definitely a force to be reckoned with. She is a firecracker and a woman of her word. Integrity Home Lending is the BEST and I mean the BEST company that is out here fighting for the rights of our people. The company we were going through to purchase our 1st ever home wanted us to go with their preferred lender in order to get all of the perks. At first it was great; however, something didn't sit right within my spirit, so I decided to call up Jennifer from Integrity Home Lending to walk me through the document that was sent to me. She informed me by law in the state of Texas I can't look at other people's documents, you would have to sign paperwork with me first and go through the process with Integrity before I can look at any paper sent to you." As a Transaction Coordinator, I'm often left out of the loop when it comes to communication about a deal. That was NOT the case with Jennifer. She would personally call me if she needed assistance from us to get things rolling and always cc me in emails. This transaction was far from easy. The HOA was a nightmare to work with and eventually stop accepting our phone calls to obtain documents to close on time. When Jennifer realized their corp office was down the street from hers, she drove down there to get an answer in person and by the next morning the documents were delivered. On Oct 19 I got the worse news ever with my other lender that I was with. I panked thinking that I wasn't gonna be able to get my house. I called the builder and informed them what had transpired and they told me don't worry you will close on this house. They provided me with a new preferred list one of the nameson there was "Intergirty Home lending". I contacted them the same day and spoke with Jennifer. From that day on she agreed to help me close on my house by my closing date. Day to day hour to hour we were worked on getting me closed by Nov 21. Then found out that my DTI would not by myself so I got my bro as a CO borrower. And was able to get my closing date to Nov. 29. With all that being said Jennifer was able to get me CLOSED within 40DAYS. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND "Intergirty Home Lending" THEY ARE THE BEST to work especially under pressure 😀 🙂
